These 2 day courses, based in the Cairngorm National Park, are specifically aimed at individuals who have previous rock climbing experience but perhaps haven't been able to keep the skills sharp and would like someone to keep a watchful eye over them. 

Therefore, we will ensure that you are tying the correct know and clipping the correct piece of rope.

We introduced these during the winter of 2010/2011 and due to their popularity we have continued them through to the summer months.

Days driven by the pure enjoyment of 'bagging' munros.

One day per month - May to September - Di will be offering a one day walk up some of the country's best loved munro's.

The hills that we have chosen for this year are the Aonach Eagach, Sgurr Dearg (better known simply as the 'Inn Pin', An Teallach, Liathach & The Saddle.

These days are aimed at summer hill walkers who would like to get onto more exposed terrain with the security blanket of a Mountaineering Instructor with them.
