a return to scottish winter

Having been out of the UK for the past month, I managed to get that warm fuzzy feeling as I walked into the corrie today.

Neil & Radek have now started their Everest Training Programme and what better start than a full-on winter day in the Scottish Mountains?

Having stood on the summit of the 'big un' and can therefore speak from personal experience, you will have to believe me when I say that Everest is good training for Scotland.

Where else can you experience 4 seasons in one day and such extremes of temperatures?

Oh, its good to be home :) *sigh*

Di is now based in Scotland until the end of the Scottish Winter season before she flutters down to the Alps to experience yet more snow and ice.
